Volunteers are the lifeblood of our ICT Street Team. We are always in need of healthcare professionals with a passion to serve.
We provide primary care services to the homeless across Wichita. We serve our homeless communities where they are. This may mean checking a blood pressure on a park bench or giving an injection under a bridge. We do our best to provide those we serve with respect, dignity and privacy.
We have a multitude of opportunities available including seeing patients in clinic, care coordination, medication refills, lab reviews, and after hours phone triage.
The following professionals are always in need:
- Nurse Practitioners
- Physicians
- Physician Assistants
- RN’s and LPN’s
- Certified Nursing Assistants
- Medical Assistants
- Pharmacists
You must be in good standing with an unrestricted and active license or certification in your field. For some professionals, malpractice coverage through the state of Kansas will be provided at no charge.
Students, including nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and health science undergrads are also welcomed and encouraged.
