Nurse Practitioner
President
/CEO

Joshua Reed is board-certified as a family and emergency nurse practitioner. As a Kansas native, Joshua has lived in Wichita for a decade. During that time, he has witnessed the toll that homelessness has on individuals and their families. Often, the homeless use emergency departments for primary care and wait until acute and chronic diseases are severe before seeing help. After over a year of preparation, spending time on the streets, under bridges, in shelters and learning from The Street Medicine Institute as well as Caring Beyond the Boulevard, Joshua started the ICT Street Team. His vision is to provide managed care for the homeless in Wichita that meets the unique needs of those who live on the streets.

Joshua has worked in a variety of settings all over the world. He has volunteered for disaster relief missions in Central and South America. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an emphasis on care of the homeless population.
